Founded by an escape room manager who got tired of hearing "we can't make that."
Escape Customs was founded by an escape room manager who saw firsthand how difficult it could be to find custom props and replacement parts.
Off-the-shelf props all looked the same. Replacement components were back-ordered for months. The shops that could build one-of-a-kind pieces didn't understand what made an escape room puzzle feel right — the weight of a lock in a player's hand, how a reveal needs to land, how many resets a mechanism has to take in a single Saturday.
So we built the workshop we wished existed. Today, Escape Customs exists to help escape room owners and builders bring creative ideas to life — without needing to design or fabricate everything themselves.
You bring the idea. We bring the design, the build, and the experience to know what actually works in a live room.
We Solve Problems
The value isn't a printer or a CNC. It's helping you figure out how to actually build the thing in your head.
Built Right the First Time
Engineered to survive thousands of resets — not just a single playthrough or a photo on opening night.
Owner-First Collaboration
You stay in the loop from concept to crate. Clear scope, clear pricing, no surprises.
