Trust & Privacy

How we handle your information

This page is maintained by Escape Customs to answer common security and privacy questions about the quote-request flow on this site. It describes the controls that are currently in place — it isn't an independent certification or third-party audit.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect the name, email, and project details you enter, plus any files you choose to attach. We don't run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How it's stored

Quote requests and attachments live in our managed backend (Supabase on Lovable Cloud). Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and at rest by the platform. File attachments are stored in a private bucket — they aren't accessible via public URLs.

Who can access it

Only the Escape Customs team members granted an admin role can read quote requests and attachments. Database row-level security blocks everyone else, including signed-in customers, from seeing other people's submissions.

Email notifications

Quote submissions trigger an internal notification to hello@escapecustoms.com via our transactional email provider (Resend). We don't add you to a marketing list. If we ever email you outside the scope of your request, every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Platform & hosting

The site is built and hosted on Lovable, which provides the underlying server runtime and managed backend. This page describes Escape Customs' own practices and the platform features we rely on — it is not an independent certification or audit.

Retention & deletion

We keep quote records for as long as needed to follow up on your project and to maintain reasonable business records. If you'd like a copy of your data or want it deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
